At The Bear Factory, we strive to meet the needs of our customers, and produce high-quality and well-designed plush products. Due to heightened quality requirements by both the US government and governing bodies worldwide, all toys products being sold in the USA are required to pass certain certification tests.

Since the opening of The Bear Factory, testing has been completed as required.  However, we are for the first time being ask to provide these testing documents for our customers. We are happy to provide this information as needed. We feel that it is in the best interest of you, our customer, to make our certification reports available for download on our website so that they are accessible at any time,
for any customer need.  We are introducing a new section where all our test reports can be downloaded for your records, available by item code.
